International motorsport team Cool Victory is seeking a Manager for its New York City race center to be located in Manhattan. More an amusement park than office, workshop or garage, this race center attracts race enthusiasts of all ages with the potential for several thousand visitors each day. Here, visitors can see racecars close-up, test their skills in a simulator, and experience the behind the scenes life of a race team. As the Race Center Manager, you will report directly to the Race Team Director, and be responsible for the development of and funding for the center as well as the managing partners along all stages of these relationships. This role requires creativity, the ability to problem solve, self-sufficiency and most importantly the ability to approach and discuss new ideas with business leaders. The ability to travel internationally and work some weekends is required. The ideal candidate will have experience or ability in the following: • Approaching and creating value-added packages for business owners, corporate executives and their staffs. • Marketing, promotions and media sales of intangible products would be ideal. • The ability to create, build and deliver on a program for attracting, securing and managing partners for both event and series campaigns. • Candidate must bring poise, talent, intelligence and an ability to interact with people. You must present a fashionable face to the public, media and partners while managing the daily operations, staff and facilities.Selected candidate can expect a base salary with bonus opportunities of 100,000+, all expenses and travel paid. North London / Herts - £25,000 - £35,000 (experience dependant)

Our Client a leading Pensions & Actuarial Consultancy are currently looking to expand their SSAS Division with the recruitment of an experienced technical administrator. Working in a team oriented environment you will be responsible for administering the companies SSAS Clients. This will involve managing all aspects of the client portfolio including property purchase, investment transactions, loans, borrowing and retirement options. You will also have responsibility for company compliance regulations, internal administration and updating other departments.
